Kathy Grimsby (MPT, MOMT)
Kathy is board certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association. She has 25 years of experience in PT including certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Kathy is one of only two physical therapists in the San Diego County area certified in LSVT BIG physical and occupational therapy.

Leslee, Office Manager/PT Assistant
Leslee started at Balance PLUS Physical Therapy in 2010 with the hope of gaining knowledge in one of the many divisions of the medical field. She is pursuing a degree in nursing, and currently has completed prerequisite courses at San Diego Mesa College aspiring to go to San Diego State University.
